The Brief:
For this extensive Fulham renovation, we envisioned the kitchen as a bright, expansive social hub. The goal was to maximise natural light from skylights and Crittall doors while creating a high-contrast, professional-grade environment that feels both grand and intimate for family life.
The Design:
We chose a monochromatic theme for a clean, architectural look. A light finish on the main cabinetry bounces light around the room, while an impressive central island with a marble-effect worksurface serves as a bold social anchor. Minimalist black handles on lower units contrast with a sleek handleless profile on tall larder units. Integrated lighting, including elegant glass globes and hidden LED strips, enhances the room’s height and provides a soft, ambient glow.
The Result:
By balancing crisp cabinetry with bold stone veining and warm oak flooring, we delivered a modern kitchen that is both a functional powerhouse and a stunning design statement—perfect for everything from morning coffees to large-scale entertaining.
Master Bathroom

The Brief:
Designed as a private sanctuary, the master bathroom combines timeless classical elements with crisp modern bathroom design. We focused on creating a serene environment that maximises the natural light and high ceilings of this period Fulham property.
The Design:
A sophisticated neutral bathroom palette features large-format stone-effect tiling for a seamless, monolithic look. We paired this with white subway tiles and a warm wood-effect vanity for added texture. Brushed gold fixtures, including a stunning rainfall shower head, provide warm metallic accents against the cool stone. Key features include a bespoke gold-framed shower with an integrated bench and a contemporary freestanding bathtub positioned for ultimate relaxation.
The Result:
Through careful layering of stone, glossy tiles, and brushed gold, we created an opulent yet inviting retreat. This modern bathroom is a tranquil sanctuary that perfectly complements the home’s refined aesthetic.
Guest Bathroom

The Brief:
We moved away from monochromatic tones here to give the guest bathroom a playful, high-end personality. The goal was to create a welcoming space using vibrant patterns and textures to leave a lasting impression on visitors.
The Design:
This colourful bathroom pairs whimsical pastel wallpaper with classic white metro tiles for a sophisticated yet playful feel. A traditional curved vanity with a marble worksurface is grounded by sharp, modern bathroom fixtures, including a bold black-framed shower enclosure. Bespoke wooden cabinetry provides hidden storage, while a unique wavy-edged mirror serves as a decorative, softly lit centerpiece.
The Result:
By mixing traditional shapes with contemporary black accents, we created a stylish, characterful sanctuary. It serves as a beautiful, design-led retreat for guests within this comprehensive Fulham renovation.
Children’s Bathroom

The Brief:
The children’s bathroom prioritises high functionality for a growing family without compromising on luxury. We aimed for a sophisticated environment using durable materials that maintain a sense of warmth and character.
The Design:
A refined neutral palette emphasises texture through a bespoke marble double vanity and dark wood-effect cabinetry. Traditional-style bridge faucets in brushed gold add timeless elegance, contrasting beautifully with the marble. The space features a gold-framed shower and classic chevron flooring for visual movement, while large-format marble tiles and a wide mirror make this bathroom feel exceptionally bright and spacious.
The Result:
This project is a perfect example of practical design meeting high-end luxury. By combining durable, premium materials with classic gold brassware, we delivered a family-friendly space that integrates seamlessly into the home’s sophisticated identity.
Gym, Sauna, & Bathroom

The Brief:
A central feature of the Clonmel Road project was this professional-grade wellness suite. We aimed to maintain the home’s sophisticated design while ensuring the gym and spa remained highly functional for high-intensity use.
The Design:
The gym features warm wood-effect panelling to conceal bespoke storage and mirrored doors to visually expand the space. Directly adjacent, a custom timber sauna with a glass door maintains an open feel. The spa recovery area continues the luxe modern bathroom theme with marble-effect tiling, a contemporary vessel sink, and distinctive sunburst mirror. Brushed gold brassware for the rainfall shower adds a final touch of opulence to the suite.
The Result:
This wellness wing represents the ultimate in residential luxury. By blending a high-performance gym with a tranquil spa, we created a self-contained retreat that feels just as refined as the primary living spaces.
Bespoke Joinery

The Brief:
For this project, we designed bespoke joinery to maximise storage while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. We focused on creating tailored solutions for unique architectural features, specifically seamless hallway transitions and sophisticated display areas within the main living spaces.
The Design:
Our installations prioritise clean lines and integrated functionality. In the hallway, we installed under-stairs wardrobes in a peaceful white colour scheme with a smooth matt finish. This handleless profile allows the cabinetry to blend into the architecture, enhancing the home’s airy feel. In the living area, we engineered precision shelving within the natural alcoves, featuring integrated lighting to create a balanced display that mirrors the refined design of the home.
The Result:
The bespoke joinery at Clonmel Road serves as a connective element throughout the home. By using peaceful whites and subtle lighting, we provided essential storage that feels like a natural extension of the architecture. This Fulham project demonstrates how custom cabinetry can elegantly resolve functional needs while enhancing the overall flow of a house renovation.
